The emotional body

Today I would like to think about our emotional body, more precisely how we can recognize it, how it manifests and how we can bring it into the best state of functioning. Thus, first of all, we can ask ourselves:

What is the emotional body?

As we know, the human body is a system of several so-called subtle bodies that help us experience various phenomena that correspond to certain levels, from the physical, then through the emotional and mental, and finally to the spiritual plane of experience. The physical body occupies most of this system and is in turn composed of the visible physical body and the invisible physical body, known as the etheric (or energetic) body.

Besides the etheric (or energetic) body, there is the emotional (or astral) body. It is said that this emotional body is made of light. It appears to clairvoyants like a starry light surrounded by bright, moving colors.

Through the emotional body one can experience emotions of different vibrations. But now another question may arise:

What is an emotion?

If we were to browse the dictionary, following the etymological line, we would find out that emotion was defined as the movement of the soul. What could be more revealing? Nowadays, it has become commonplace to say that emotion is energy in motion.

Classification of emotions

We often hear about positive emotions and negative emotions, but I would rather talk in terms of vibration. Through the emotional body, one can experience emotions that cover a wide range of vibrations. We can say that emotions are divided into:

  • low vibration emotions, such as: anger, fear, stress.
  • high vibration emotions, for example: love, compassion and happiness.

How can emotions affect the physical body?

The emotional (or astral) body is like a bridge between the physical body and the mental body, so when we experience strong low vibration emotions (eg anger, sadness, resentment) they can somatize in the physical body through disease and illness.

Healing the emotional body

By healing the emotional body we reach the healing of the physical body. This is where the Wingwave method comes into play.

Throughout our lives, some of us unconsciously choose to repress our emotions, especially the unpleasant ones that appear as a result of more or less traumatic events. As a coach, my goal is to help you identify that event and get rid of the low-vibration emotions that marked it and are stuck in your physical body. Once these emotions are released, we will recover and reintegrate together the missing parts of your true self, such as the inner child and more.

So I invite you to connect with your emotions, to start creating a relationship with your emotional body, both for its optimal functioning and for a better understanding of your being and those around you.
