The wall around the heart

Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain.

C.G.Jung

The wall around the heart is largely the accumulation of trauma that a person has accumulated throughout his or her life. It is the way in which, in order to protect oneself from suffering / abuse, an energy field (metaphorical wall) is created around the heart through which no emotion can pass. Unfortunately, pleasant emotions do not penetrate through this wall neither, and the connections with those around us are no longer created.

Captive negative emotions are not illusory, but have substance. They are made of energy, just like anything else in creation. When they become captive, they attach to a certain area of the body, and sometimes that area is the heart.

The subconscious mind, whose power knows no frontiers, sometimes uses these captive emotions to create a wall or shield around the heart to protect it from future danger. It is about an energy wall that is as concrete as possible. This wall is created by the energy of captive negative emotions.

In my opinion, for the subconscious mind, it is as real as the floor on which your feet are. It exists in a different plane from that of physical reality, but this does not make it any less real.

How do we know if we, or someone we work with / interact with, have a wall around our heart?

  • I feel disconnected from everything around me, situations or people.
  • I feel like I don't belong to any place or group.
  • The need to belong is strongly developed, however I prefer to live alone.
  • I feel it is impossible for me to integrate into a community.
  • Emotional life is numb.
  • Other people like me, but I don't feel the same way.

The wall around the heart can have the following causes:

* abandonment

* betrayal

* disappointment

* wandering

* the absence of love

* help not received

* soul pain

* empty heart

* insecurity

* vulnerability

* exaltation

* depression

Many people do not realize how important it is to remove this wall around the heart.

If unresolved captive emotions are not eliminated, one may feel the pain associated with them throughout his life, often amplified. Sooner or later this will happen, but we can tear down the wall by removing unresolved captive emotions. And here comes the implementation of the Wingwave method.
